Thankfully I was not electrocuted

Tonight, I went to see Crowns at The Lake Charles Little Theatre. That was good.

When I got to the theatre, everything was fine. I had no problems. I thought that was going to be the theme for most of the night. There were a few irritating things at the showing with people having to leave because of bringing little kids to the theatre. I am not sure why people would bring such young kids to a show like this. It's not that content wasn't okay, but young kids at a 7:30pm showing when they probably are not going to want to sit still and be quiet or are going to be complaining of being tired seems odd. However, most of the kids did seem to behave.

There was a nice lady sitting next to me at first. I had told Radar (my service dog) to come sit in my lap and instead, she jumped into the lady's lap. I apologized to her and said I would make Radar come sit in my lap, but she laughed and told me to let Radar stay there. She left at intermission, though.

They had an opening night reception, so I stayed for a bit. I was happy that they had lemonade. I had been craving lemonade since yesterday when I saw some at a local restaurant. I had a couple of cookies, too.

When I got to my car, I didn't see anything amiss. However, as I was putting my transport wheelchair away, I heard something. I looked and it was touching some type of downed wire. I hadn't realized this and I had been touching my chair. Thankfully, that seemed to mean that there was no current coming from it. I was a little scared, though. It was behind Viktor (that's the name of my car and I'll write about that some other time) and looked similar to this:

I got my transport wheelchair put away. I got Radar into Viktor along with my backpack, and I was able to leave the theatre safely.
